Our articles are researched using reputable medical sources, including peer-reviewed studies and guidance from recognised bodies such as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. We aim to explain complex clinical topics in plain, accurate language.
Accuracy and sourcing
We cite authoritative sources where appropriate and distinguish clearly between established medical consensus and areas of ongoing debate. We do not present anecdote as fact.
Updates and corrections
We review key articles periodically and update them as guidance or products change. Each reviewed article shows a “last reviewed” date. If you spot an error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
